12th Ave Arts is a rental venue and tickets for all performances are controlled by the individual producers. Renters generally provide a walk-up box office counter in the building lobby on the day-of-show only, opening about 45 minutes before the scheduled curtain time. 12th Ave Arts management (Black Box Operations) does not sell tickets and cannot answer ticket requests or questions over the phone or via email.

Parking
There is no off-street parking at 12th Ave Arts. Street parking is metered until 8pm. To find parking in private lots and garages, see this SDOT Parking Map. Diamond Parking Service operates several lots in the neighborhood, south of Pine Street:

Link Light Rail travels from Capitol Hill to Downtown (S) and the University District (N). Light rail departs approximately every 10 minutes from the station at 140 Broadway E, located across Cal Anderson Park.
ACCESSIBILITY
12th Ave Arts is fully accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. The lobby and bathrooms are at street level, and seating is available without the need for an elevator or stairs. The venue is also equipped with an Assistive Listening Device. For special needs, advanced word to the event producer can help in preparations.
